For the sake of the fact that there are not many designers who can take into consideration specificity and character of spandrel beam buildings as well as design wit  taking into consideration requirements of thatched roofings we have been carrying out own designing activity for several years as well as we constantly cooperate with several friendly design offices.
We also make individual projects as well as redesign traditional buildings to our technology.

We undertake to prepare design, estimate and  investment documentation nationally. We can participate in accomplishment of the investment as a substitute investor as well as conduct building supervision.

For foreign investors we undertake to run their investment in Poland. With the support of people and companies collaborating with us we are able to prepare investment concepts, original projects adjusted to local conditions.
