Wooden houses and wooden constructions
For several years we deal with making wooden houses - especially spandrel beam or the so-called timber framing, as well as making rafter framings and gazebos.
We use various kinds of wood : pine, spruce, oak, larch.
We prefabricate our constructions at our works or we use a traditional method – on construction site.
Before we cut a construction, first we design it in our program Dietrichs based on the construction design or only on design concept. When designing we define all construction details as sections, types of scarf joints, daps, etc. After designing we get precise bill of materials, bill of quantities and detailed drawings.
Wood that we use to make our constructions is dried in our MÜHLBÖCK drying chamber to the demanded moistness, then every our construction planed from four sides, what positively affects precision of the processing, increases flameproof class and additionally limits absorbing moisture. When the material is ready we process it i.e. we cut all scarf joints, tenons, daps, etc. on the automatic line of SCHMIDLER carpentry company, then we impregnate all elements by applying pressure or spray and we mark each element, pack them and prepare to transport.
Next, ready construction is delivered to a place, where it is installed on construction site – according to the assembly drawings.
Our work system provides high quality and quick installation.
Most often we build to the cold shell stage houses that we made can be finished and insulated in many ways e.g. with clay straw blocks, rockwool or polystyrene or made with the use of the so-called Strawbale technology.
Due to cooperation with other producers we offer log walls (made of balks or wooden logs, to unaided installation or installed by the producer.
GAZEBOS AND SMALL ARCHITECTURE STRUCTURES
We make standard gazebos (2 types) with thatched roofs, including one to unaided installation, that we have been exporting to the Netherlands for years.
We offer any gazebo of our original designs, and we also carry out investor’s projects.
